Luxury Transparent Watches

Our primary work is the sapphire watch case itself. For B2B projects where material is central to the design language, the case is engineered as a transparent structural system around the movement, crown, dial, top glass, back, gaskets and fasteners.

Skeleton watches

Where sapphire creates the strongest product value

Sapphire is most compelling when the movement deserves to be viewed, the case must retain a highly polished appearance, and the material itself should communicate technical exclusivity. Mohs 9 hardness supports long-term clarity, while the transparent case body creates visual depth that cannot be achieved with a conventional metal shell and display window.

Sapphire watch cases

Monobloc and multi-part cases can be developed in round, tonneau, rectangular and free-form architectures. The required files should define the movement envelope, movement insertion path, crown and stem position, dial and spacer stack, lug or strap interface, top-glass and back interfaces, fastening concept and service sequence.

Sapphire bezels

Bezels can frame the dial, carry color, create a transparent visual layer or coordinate with a full sapphire case. Important specifications include inner and outer profile, step height, seating surface, edge finish and alignment with the case middle.

Display backs and structural case backs

A sapphire back may be an optical window, a load-bearing component or both. The drawing should define the sealing concept, fastening method, gasket space, viewing aperture and contact conditions with adjacent hardware.

Watch crystals and top-glass structures

Flat, domed, stepped and shaped crystals require clear definitions of thickness, edge profile, optical zone and assembly interface. When a top glass is visually integrated with the case, both parts should be reviewed as one stack.

Supporting sapphire components

Where a complete case program requires them, we can also review bezels, case backs, top crystals, links and decorative inserts as supporting components. Their color, finish, interface and tolerance stack should be coordinated with the primary sapphire case rather than specified in isolation.

From visual concept to producible structure

Early engagement is especially valuable for sapphire because small geometry changes can materially improve manufacturability. A larger internal radius, better datum placement or more accessible polishing path may improve yield while preserving the intended appearance.
