Manufacturing and finishing approach

Prototype and production
For a new sapphire architecture, prototype validation is strongly recommended before batch release. The sample review should cover the complete assembly—not only the loose sapphire part—including movement clearance, crown alignment, gasket space, fastener load, visual alignment and service sequence. After approval, the controlled drawing and agreed sample become the reference for subsequent production.
